Distribution
Distribution tracks where your content goes and how it gets there.
What is a distribution?
A distribution connects a piece of content to a destination:
- An article linked to a social post
- Content scheduled for multiple platforms
- Tracking of what's been published where
Creating a distribution
- Go to Publish → Distribution in the sidebar
- Click Create distribution
- Select:
- Content: Which article or brief
- Channel: Where it's going (social accounts)
- Schedule: When to publish
- Click Create
Distribution status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet scheduled |
| Scheduled | Queued for future publish |
| Published | Live |
| Failed | Publish attempt failed |
Managing distributions
View distributions
The Distribution page shows all distributions with:
- Content title
- Channel
- Status
- Scheduled/published date
Edit a distribution
- Find the distribution in the list
- Click to open
- Update details
- Save
Cancel a distribution
For scheduled distributions:
- Open the distribution
- Click Cancel
- Confirm
Retry a failed distribution
If a distribution failed:
- Open the distribution
- Check the error message
- Fix the issue (e.g., reconnect account)
- Click Retry
