Social scheduler

Schedule posts to your connected social accounts. Write posts, set times, and let Boki publish automatically.

Supported platforms

Creating a social post

1. Go to Publish → Social scheduler in the sidebar
2. Click Create post
3. Write your post:
   • Enter text
   • Add images (optional)
   • Select accounts to post to
4. Choose when to post:
   • Post now — publishes immediately
   • Schedule — pick date and time
5. Click Schedule or Post

Character limits

The editor shows character count and warns when approaching limits.

Creating threads (X)

For X threads:

1. Click Add to thread to add posts
2. Each post is a thread segment
3. Arrange posts in order
4. Schedule the entire thread

Multi-platform posting

Post the same content to multiple accounts:

1. Write the post
2. Select multiple accounts in the destination picker
3. The post is adapted to each platform's limits
4. Schedule once, publishes to all selected accounts

Managing scheduled posts

View scheduled posts

The social scheduler shows:

• Calendar view of scheduled posts
• List of upcoming posts
• Status of each post

Edit a scheduled post

1. Find the post in the schedule
2. Click to open
3. Edit text, time, or accounts
4. Save

Cancel a scheduled post

1. Open the scheduled post
2. Click Cancel
3. Confirm

Post history

View past posts:

1. Filter by "Published" status
2. See engagement metrics (when available)

Best practices

Schedule ahead: Queue content for consistent posting.

Vary by platform: What works on X may not work on LinkedIn.

Check timezone: Posts scheduled for 9am use your workspace timezone.

Review before posting: Preview how posts will appear.
