Authentication

Boki supports two authentication methods.

Sign-in options

Google sign-in

Click "Continue with Google" and authorize Boki with your Google account.

Email and password

Create an account with your email address and a password.

Password requirements

Passwords must have:

• At least 8 characters
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one number

Choosing a workspace

After authentication, you'll see "Choose your workspace":

• Select an existing workspace you've been invited to
• Create a new workspace

Password reset

If you forget your password:

1. Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page
2. Enter your email
3. Check your email for reset instructions
4. Click the reset link
5. Create a new password

Changing your password

To change your password:

1. Go to Settings → Account settings
2. Click "Change password"
3. Enter current password
4. Enter new password
5. Confirm new password
6. Save

Account security

• Use a strong, unique password
• Don't share your password
• Sign out on shared devices
• Review connected sessions periodically
