How to configure notification preferences

Control which notifications you receive by email and in-app.

Overview

Boki can notify you about workspace activity, comments, and billing events. You choose which notifications to receive and how.

Notification	Description
New plan or component created	When someone creates a plan or component in the workspace
Assignment to plan, brief, distribution, or task	When you're assigned to an item
Status or due date changes on assigned items	When items you're assigned to are updated

Notification	Description
Comments on plans or briefs you're assigned to	New comments on your assigned items
Replies to your comments	When someone replies to a comment you made
Mentions in comments	When someone @mentions you

Notification	Description
Upcoming payment reminders	Sent 2 days before a payment is due
Product updates and announcements	News about Boki features and changes

For each notification type, you can enable:

Channel	Description
Email	Sent to your account email address
In-app	Appears in the notification bell inside Boki
