Workspaces reference
Technical reference for Boki workspaces.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is an isolated environment containing:
- Content (plans, briefs, articles)
- Team members
- Settings and configuration
- Connected accounts
- Agent context
Each workspace operates independently. Content in one workspace is not visible in another.

Workspace settings
Access via Settings → Workspace settings.
General settings
| Setting | Description |

| Workspace name | Display name for the workspace |
| Workspace slug | URL identifier |
| Default timezone | Timezone for scheduling |
Content settings

| Default word count | Target word count for new articles |
| Default review type | Automatic review type for new content |
Document limits
Monthly document creation limits:

Documents include briefs and articles. Plans and social posts have unlimited creation.
Short link limits
Monthly redirect limits for bki.sh short links:

Agent run limits
Monthly limits for agent runs:

Global chat and researcher agents are not limited by run count.
Switching workspaces
After login, you see "Choose your workspace" if you have access to multiple workspaces.
To switch workspaces during a session:
- Click your workspace name in the sidebar
- Select a different workspace from the dropdown
Creating additional workspaces
If your plan allows multiple workspaces:
- Click your workspace name in the sidebar
- Click Create workspace
- Enter a name
- Click Create
Deleting a workspace
Workspace deletion permanently removes all content. This action cannot be undone.
To delete a workspace:
- Go to Settings → Workspace settings
- Scroll to the danger zone
- Click Delete workspace
- Confirm by typing the workspace name
